Good Job on the Weigh in today!!!
I lost a total of 2.6 lbs, which was upsetting to me. I thought for sure, changing to veggies and increasing my exercise would help. But I guess everyone's body is different. At least I lost weight. Maybe next week, I will see a bigger difference. I'm TOTALLY jealous of the 30.2 lb weight loss - GREAT JOB!!! How did you do it? Share please!
Paulette & I met with our student mentor this afternoon. He gave us some helpful tools and will be taking us on a tour of UB North gym tomorrow. Should be very interesting...
