Thank you for the support!

I really appreciate the support from the blogs below!!! You are totally right, a loss is a loss. If I was still sitting on my couch eating all that fatty food, I would have put on much more than .4 lbs...so I'm better off trying to eat healthy and going to the gym 5 times a week. I guess my expectations are set too high. If I lose anything, I should be happy!!! I am still waiting to hear how those people that lose double digits at weigh in did it & continue doing it!!!
You guys/gals are great. Again, thank you!!!
